After you have completed your order, simply pack the product securely and return it to our service centre, with a copy of your order confirmation enclosed.

Once received, your product will be checked over by one of our technicians to identify any faults or damage. We will always try to fix products if we can but if it is not possible, we’ll replace it, like for like, with a certified reconditioned or new styling tool. Either way, you’ll have the reassurance of an additional 12 months warranty cover.
